Scratch-Shop.Com is a division of Overseas Subscribers Agents (OSA) responsible for marketing and distributing OSA’s line of scratch n’ win cards. It also runs seasonal raffles and promotions to broaden OSA’s client list.
Such Promotions gather personally identifiable information from those individuals who choose to enter a particular Promotion, and anonymous data regarding the Promotion itself.
Scratch-Shop.Com takes its privacy obligations to people who enter its Promotions very seriously, and strictly adheres to a zero-tolerance ANTI-SPAM policy.
Simply put:

Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Information
Registration Information
When you place an order or participate in raffle draws/ free play promotions at Scratch-Shop.Com, your contact information (name and email address) will be used primarily to reach you in connection with the promotion you entered. We may also use the collected contact information to send you information about Overseas Subscribers Agents, its products and services, and offers and updates tailored to your interests, since you have opted to receive these communications. You may choose to opt-out of receiving such mailings at any time.
Additional personal information is only collected for the purposes of ID verification and the remittance of winner’s prizes.
IP Addresses
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a set of numbers that is assigned to your computer. Web servers - the powerful computers that provide web pages for viewing - automatically identify your computer by the IP address assigned to it during your session online.

Opt-in Procedure
After placing an order or signing up to join one of our promos, an automatic email message is sent to your email address, with a request that you confirm your registration by clicking on a confirmation link. Your entry is activated only after the confirmation process has been completed.
Unconfirmed registrations are maintained for one week, after which they are deleted from our mailing lists.
Email Delivery and White-Listing
Scratch-Shop.Com takes all possible steps to ensure that you receive email communications pertinent to the promotion you registered for. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, our emails are sometimes blocked by spam filters – especially in the case of free email accounts.

Mailing List Maintenance
Bounced Emails:
Email accounts which have returned or “bounced” Scratch-Shop.Com's emails for three consecutive times are automatically removed from our database. “Hard bounces” due to incorrect or nonexistent email addresses are removed immediately.
Opt-Out/Unsubscribe Procedure:
All subscribers are given the opportunity to opt out of receiving email messages or other forms of communication. Every email sent by Scratch-Shop.Com contains a one-click unsubscribe link, which you can use at any time to stop receiving emails from Scratch-Shop.Com
Please bear in mind that removal from our list is permanent. Once deleted, you will no longer be eligible for special offers, discounts and promotions.
